The owner of this iconic property, which had been shuttered for nearly a decade, initially hired Binder to develop a redevelopment plan. After deciding to sell, Binder secured a buyer and worked closely with the new owner’s team to permit a mixed-use redevelopment, including a hotel, condos, a restaurant, and the reconstruction of the dilapidated pier.
