Schoolhouse Gallery (formerly the VFW Hall)

The old VFW hall had fallen into disrepair and disuse. Binder was approached by a client seeking to use preservation tax credits to restore the building’s exterior and renovate the interior for gallery and office space. She led the permitting and restoration efforts with her partner at the time, Tom Boland, preserving the building’s historic character while enabling its adaptive reuse.
